April theme - Switzerland

Next month we visit a small country at the heart of Europe. Not only a fortress of Alpine mountains, the coffee too is very hard to reach due to very high Swiss shipping fees. But this is a challenge worth taking because Switzerland has more than a few champions and they’ve been crafting some truly exceptional coffees that we want to share with you! Subscription orders close on April 3rd / Dispatching around April 9th.

Subscription

We close orders for our subscriptions in the end of each month and ship out all the subscription boxes usually on the 10th. This way you can receive coffees as fresh as possible!

Shipping

We ship worldwide exept Saudi Arabia, South America & Africa.

UK Mainland: Shipping fee £3.00 up to 2kg with Hermes with the speed of delivery 1-3 days, fully trackable.

EU Countries: Shipping fee calculated at checkout. Tax & duty paid so you won't get charged extra at customs. Delivery by local carriers and the typical speed of delivery is 3-10 days depending on which country and the tracking starts once parcels land in each country.

USA: Economy shipping fee starts from £10.40 and the speed of delivery is 2 weeks delivered bt UPSP with a tracking once parcels land in US. Express shipping fee starts from £15.10 and the speed of delivery is 1-3 days delivered by Fedex with full tracking. As a default you will be purchasing with the economy service and you will be invited to upgrade to the express service by email. If you purchase over 1kg it will automatically switch to the express service. Tax & duty unpaid. >> Add Express shipping (£4.30)

Asia: Express service only available and the shipping fee starts from £15.90 and the speed of delivery is 2-5 days, fully trackable. Tax & duty unpaid.

Rest of the world: Shipping fee calculated at checkout and tax & duty unpaid. The speed of delivery defers depending on the country. Please contact us if you have any questions.

FAQ

When am I receiving the first box?

- We close orders for our subscriptions in the end of the month and ship out all the subscription boxes usually on the 10th. This way you can receive coffees as fresh as possible!

So for example, if you order on April 2nd your subscription starts from May edition which will be shipped on May 10th unless you contact us and let us know you want to receive April edition.

Do I have to pay duty & tax?

- If you're in the UK or EU the answer is NO! You won't get charged for customs fee.

If you are outside of these areas there may be duty & tax according to local customs rules. Please see 'Shipping' tab above for more details.

Do you ship worldwide?

- Yes we do! Except a few countries. Please see more details in the 'Shipping' tab above.

Do I have to commit to a subscription?

- No, there's a one-off box for you to try it out. But remember, you are free to pause, skip & cancel your subscription anytime.
